I took my 2000 for unmet in for service after just purchasing. The quote was dead on and they told me they would have my vehicle until about 3 o’clock and they called at three and said it was done. Management is the most unprofessional, non helpful team I have ran into in a long time. Brought our car in for a windshield replacement and upon pickup the motor was not running right. We specifically asked have ran into in a long time. Brought our car in for a windshield replacement and upon pickup the motor was not running right. We specifically asked for the car to not be driven for this reason. They required a test drive to calibrate the sensors. We ok'd this. The tech during the test drive "all of a sudden" developed a misfire in the car. Obviously driving the car hard. When we brought this up to management the finger was always pointed at me the customer for doing something wrong (once again the car was in for windshield replacement). Zero inclination of trying to work with us or trying to figure out the problem. Service writer was awesome to deal with but I would never bring the car back if this service manager is on premises.
