My service advisor didn’t talk much at all and I feel like we didn’t have much communication. When I later picked up my car my service advisor wasn’t around and I never saw him again. There was really no closing or further conversation about the additional recommended services I heard about on the phone and none of it was documented on my paperwork. In all, it was a strange visit.
