Brought in my 2018 Sierra for service. I get regular oil changes with Hanlees. I was first in line and it still over two and a half hours to complete. Also had a check engine filter light. They changed it with out showing me, old filter was like brand new,and they charged me for putting in a new one even though it was unnecessary. Feel like I was taken advantage of.
