They were understaffed to mechanics had called out to service check in people were not there. Cars were all over unable to move cars that had been dropped off without keys. Chris in Parts and Anselmo were efficient and provided me with info I needed yesterday. BUT all previous times I've tried to contact someone in service with a question, I received NO callback EVER, including with info I needed yesterday. BUT all previous times I've tried to contact someone in service with a question, I received NO callback EVER, including the day before that i came into the dealership! Because of this, it's possible that I may work with another dealership, as inconvenient as that may be. Luckily I had excellent service yesterday -- but it was the first and only time it was not a FAIL. More
