My concern is not with the cashier or the customer service person or the person who drives my vehicle into the service area. Our problem is with the guys who service my vehicle. I am a customer of Hilltop Nissan for 15 years and the last three times I brought my vehicle there for servicing, They lied and said on the paperwork that they check the air and all of my tires and I’ve had to bring my car back because the air was causing my car to be unbalanced and this is the third time this past Saturday I got my car serviced and the same thing happen. You all were closed on Sunday so I came back yesterday on Monday to have the air put in all of my tires based upon what the requirement is And I am very dissatisfied with how they treat my vehicle that’s my vehicle and you’re a long time customer and I don’t want anyone just rotating my tires on my car and then the check in the air because like I said this is the third time it’s happened the next time it happens I’m going to go to the corporate office More

I never got a call back as to how long the "work" would take. When I got there, it was just a 1-page manual insert that was offered. Not their fault but I wish someone had explained what I'd be coming in for. Second, the work order said I authorized the dealer recommended tire pressure check and inflation service. But when I called back after getting home to find out, no one knew whether that had in fact been done. I did not want to drive the 26 plus miles back as it was suggested I do. In general, I would have preferred I had to ask questions about the work order whereas other dealers tend to review and explain up front what is going on. The person at the cashier's desk was not very helpful when I explained that I needed to access their wireless to get a traffic report. Not friendly and seemed annoyed that I would even interrupt him. Such a huge different from the person who used to staff the place. I appreciated Audrey assisting with Waze and reading the traffic report thereof. She was friendly and helpful. More
