It was hard getting a call back. Called twice the first day, left a message and never got a call back. Took two days to finally get someone to schedule an appointment. Then they kept the truck six hours for a simple tire rotation after promising it to be ready by 10AM. Never called me when it was done at 9:25, Then they claimed they did call. My smart phone said I had no missed calls so I know they didn’t call. I tried calling the dealer at 11:30AM and got no one so I left a message to call me for an update. They never called back. Finally I called six and a half hours and got a live person who informed me it was ready. Very poor service. Hope they do better in the future. More
All I wanted to know is if my broken center console would be covered under warranty but instead I was told it was broken and was charged over $300!
