Unfortunately, the service representative didn't know about the repair needed, so he quoted me $3,000 less than what it would have been. Had he checked with a technician before doing the quote, he would about the repair needed, so he quoted me $3,000 less than what it would have been. Had he checked with a technician before doing the quote, he would have likely given me a more accurate quote. I did not do the service there in the end due to cost, but it was a waste of everyone's time. More
