My first time in this dealership, I brought my 2022 tacoma and my friends 2015 Rav4. I made an appointment for oil change on my tacoma at 9:30 with Jose Cadena, he wasn’t even able to help me, other a tacoma and my friends 2015 Rav4. Then they told me my car was going to be ready to pick up around 2:00 pm because it was really busy. Seriously? More than 4 hours for a oil change, so what is the point on making appointment.
