Thai is the Best sales representative I have ever had! I purchased my Rav 4 in October 2022. My husband and I have purchased 4 new cars in our life. 2 Toyotas, 1 GMC, and 1 Dodge Ram. He makes you feel very welcome, like you are family and he genuinely cares about what you say and pays very close attention to what you want! Almost a year later after purchasing my new Rav4 I still absolutely love Thai. He is always available to answer any questions and makes me feel like a true valued customer! Due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to get my car detailed within the allotted time. BUT 10 months later he still honored my detail! So phenomenal! Thai is a ROCK STAR!!
