The charge for a new alternator and installation seem extremely high, over $1400 and the only reason I went ahead was I needed the car back asap. The service team lost track of my car, forgot to service it while i was sitting there waiting for 2.5 hrs… when i noticed my car sitting in the parking lot they finally brought it in and did the quickest se it while i was sitting there waiting for 2.5 hrs… when i noticed my car sitting in the parking lot they finally brought it in and did the quickest service ever i highly doubt my $62000 car was given the attention i paid for. No sorry no means for making it up to me no offering a free detail and wash nothing just a bunch of run around for what ended up being a total of 3.5 hrs. I will never bring my car back to Hilltop Hanlees Toyota… what a joke of an establishment… if I could leave less than 1 star I would…. More
