The quality service provided by Ms. Megan De Torres I've been at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota the last two Saturdays for maintenance service of my Toyota Corolla S 2012 and Highlander XLE 2017. During tho I've been at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota the last two Saturdays for maintenance service of my Toyota Corolla S 2012 and Highlander XLE 2017. During those two times, Ms. Megan De Torres (Service Representative) was always taking good care of my needs. She is very professional, courteous, and very helpful to me in particular and to other customers in general.. During my wait, I observed her and found that she is consistently assisting other Hanlees Toyota customers. I am duty bound to inform Hanlees Toyota management/owners that Ms. Megan De Torres is a prized asset to the organization. Whenever my cars need service, I would prefer to have the day that Ms. De Torres is on duty. More

$500 More than I ordered Douglas Campbell was my Service Advisor in the past few times and I was satisfied. This time my Service Advisor was Brad Reid, who insisted $800 package while I ordered online $245 Factory Recommended package. When I got home and recorded what was done, I found that Fuel System Flush/Treatment was done the second time in a row. My car has been serviced by Hanlees every 5,000 miles, he should have all records on what had been done. I was shocked to see such deceptive practice as Brad did, without checking my records, giving me only one choice that includes unnecessary services and charging 3 times of the Factory Recommended. I need be refunded for at least Fuel System Flush/Treatment. More
