We broke down in our Jeep almost 900 miles from home. A very serious mechanical problem in the transmission, actually the PTU. Maui, the service advisor, was very kind, but not particularly knowledgeable about the Cherokee Trail Hawk, Oscar, the technician, heard the very loud gear crunching sounds and experienced the car shift into neutral while driving, but denied the obvious. He was more concerned that “without a code he would not be paid for the repair”. They apparently knew the symptoms because they told me it could take “weeks or months” to get the parts. (Which turns out to be true). I got the distinct impression that they just do not want to get involved with a major warranty repair on an out of state customer. I towed the car home almost 900 miles behind my Rv to my home dealer. When I spoke to him on the phone he recognized the problem and had it diagnosed and approved in a day. I still have wait for the parts but at least we’re on track to be repaired. Had I not had the ability to tow my Jeep home I don’t know how I would have avoided being stranded in Napa, with a less than eager service department telling me I might ave to pay 13 to 15 thousand dollars to have my car repaired. More
Maui was friendly and nice overall. The parts, diagnostic fee, and time taken to change the fuel filters were excessive in my opinion. I had the same 2 filters in my cart online for $120 + shipping but I ended up paying over $600 for the filters and labor. Ive changed the filters numerous times in the past but due to the current situation I was unable to at the time and it blows my mind still how much you charge for that simple service. $500 for a 'heavy duty' diagnostic fee is ridiculous as well, I would've paid $150 at my local Ram dealer in LA for the same service. I understand it is a dealership and they have to make money, but that is borderline ripping people off. My issue is with the dealership pricing itself, not the staff who assisted me. More

Over the last 26 years in Napa, I have attempted to use the Jeep dealership here and was always disappointed. I would drive some distance to have my Jeep serviced in Richmond where I purchased it. Finally, I gave Napa‘s Hanlee’s Jeep dealership a try in their new building. I was very pleased to have met Maui as the service advisor and have since come to trust his advice and suggestions. I am glad to be able to use the dealership nearest me now and hope they continue on the same positive track! Hang on to Maui!! More

They didn't a good job but didn't pay attention on the details. I got my pickup really wet and dirty so that is one of the reasons that make me think twice before to go back and get a service there.
