Took my new 2500 Ram in for it's first service. I was met by Maui in the service dept with a smile. He took great care of me. They shuttle staff was on it asap. Everyone was very nice to us. Their sales team is very good and helpful. I do feel Hanlees is behind the times as far as doing transactions electronically. I was also disappointed that they don’t even offer free water.
