I’m sure this is a good dealership if you are a local customer and have ongoing business with them. However, as a customer from nearly a thousand miles away with an emergency breakdown, I found them to b customer and have ongoing business with them. However, as a customer from nearly a thousand miles away with an emergency breakdown, I found them to be only interested in trying to evade the issue. The technician repeatedly stated that “without a code, I don’t know if I can get paid”. The service advisor was not at all well-versed in general mechanical knowledge or his product. In about an hour on google I was able to determine, correctly, the problem but they were not willing to investigate that possibility, insisting that it was a software issue. They also said I might be liable for $13,000, to $15,000 for a new transmission if I left it with them. The vehicle was still within the powertrain warranty. Because of their reticence to be helpful. I called my dealer in Tempe AZ and spoke to the service advisor there. He immediately recognized the problem, told me they could take care of it, and reassured me that it should be covered by warranty. As a result I canceled our vacation RV trip and towed the vehicle almost 1000 miles back to my home dealer. It turned out to be the PTU (which is what I had determined from Google and You Tube). Tempe Dodge Chrysler Jeep was able to procure a part that was on back order in two days and I had my vehicle back in a week, at no charge, under warranty. While the people’s at Hanlee’s in Napa were very nice, they were completely unhelpful and self-protecting in my situation. I hope no one else who is far from home has to rely exclusively on this dealership for help. More
They don't do the job well, they simply steal your money without any guarantee. I took my car and the next day I still had the same problem. without any guarantee. I took my car and the next day I still had the same problem. More

Indist leaking tires found to be cupped. Shocks repaired under warranty was still charged diagnostic fee because cupped tires was problem they say. Indistrt known knowledge is damaged shocks cause tire cupping. Car under full factory warranty 22k miles. Faulty shocks are source of ruining the tires. Which were found in inspection. You stole $250 from me and my family.. you should have contacted jeep to see if tires could have been replaced as well due to faulty shocks. Formal complaint being processed and was completely understood by jeep care. More
Avoid this dealership if you value customer service. This review is specifically about Carlos Barrera and the Sales department. To be clear, the Service department has been excellent — professional, This review is specifically about Carlos Barrera and the Sales department. To be clear, the Service department has been excellent — professional, reliable, and willing to step in when Sales fell short. Special thanks to Maui Oregon in Service, who worked hard to make up for Carlos’s lack of follow-through. On December 27, 2024, I purchased a Jeep Renegade from Carlos. The car had several issues that were written into the contract to be repaired. Because it was dark at the time of purchase, we couldn’t fully inspect the vehicle. Later, additional problems surfaced, which Carlos also promised to address. Unfortunately, he stopped responding to me altogether. It wasn’t until I posted a negative review on Google/Yelp four months later — which Corporate noticed — that he finally reached out. The delays were extreme. It took until April for repairs to begin, and our vehicle was out of service for more than a month. While a loaner car was provided, this did not excuse the lack of communication and accountability. To make matters worse, I later learned from Service that if the vehicle had been left with them at the time of purchase, the parts would likely have arrived within a week, not four months. You’d think Sales would be aware of that, but nope. By mid-May, most of the issues were resolved, but a dent and interior discoloration were left unaddressed. Service informed me that Carlos never passed along these items, despite assuring me he would. When I followed up, he ignored emails, responded once by text on June 3 promising to “look into it,” and has ignored all communication since. I paid for a brand-new vehicle and was promised that all flaws would be fixed. That promise was not honored. Instead, I was met with months of silence, broken commitments, and an overall lack of professionalism from Sales. Now I will have to pay for the remaining repairs out of pocket somewhere else. If you are considering Hanlees, my advice is simple: buy elsewhere. The Service team may try to help, but the Sales experience with Carlos Barrera was a disaster. Do not put yourself through the same ordeal. More
