It was ok We love our new car!!! Our sales associates was good. While selling the car she assured us the car would be detailed because it was very dirty. . Whe We love our new car!!! Our sales associates was good. While selling the car she assured us the car would be detailed because it was very dirty. . When the sale was over the “detailing” dept shampooed the carpetts but the outside wasn’t washed, the car interior was a mess and then we were informed if we wanted it truly detailed it would cost us extra $. ($100). Then we were given 1 key and if we wanted another key we could buy one or go to the dealership and get one(which would be ($300-$700!!!). I feel like the customer service fell short in the end. More
