Excellence in customer appreciation From the time of my first call with Rian, I felt this was going to be a pleasant buying experience. When I arrived and met with my salesperson, Steve From the time of my first call with Rian, I felt this was going to be a pleasant buying experience. When I arrived and met with my salesperson, Steve. He was not only professional, but understanding. He asked would I like to meet the General Manager and the Owner. Normally, at a large car dealership, the owner is usually unapproachable. Not in this case. Both, the GM and the Owner, walked over and shook my hands. This was before any serious discussion regarding a vehicle purchase took place! I have purchased many vehicles at a variety of dealerships in the past. I will say unequivocally, that this was the most buyer friendly, no pressure, easy to communicate with dealership I’ve experienced. The quality of vehicles appears to be “hand selected”. They seem to take pride in nitbjustvtheir inventory, but their treatment of their customers. This professional treatment just didn’t apply to me or this one occasion. I returned a couple of days later to finalize the deal, and observed first hand how a salesman went above and beyond to assist a lady whom was on a tight budget and was looking for a low cost vehicle. David knew the vehicle, was pleasant and courteous, and the initial paperwork drill was reasonably quick. I'm glad we went on a weekday. Avoid Saturday shopping as they were swamped with prospective buyers which delayed our final car detailing. Overall a positive experience for someone who detests car shopping. More
