Our first Acura was purchased from Prestige in 2008. I just attempted to purchase another Acura from Prestige, but cancelled out during the process. I must say that I have never felt quite at home in the Service Department after our purchase in 2008. Even though I have been treated courteously, there didn't seem to be much associated with being part of the family and I felt they have always been expensive.
With trying to purchase the new Acura, the sales experience eventually felt like trying to buy a 1976 Chrysler Plymouth. Our sales representative was actually a good guy and I enjoyed working with him. Unfortunately, the sales manager calls the shots and tells the representatives what to say. In my opinion, he was a poor judge of a client. The results were they lost the sale on a new TL and continuing service on an existing sale. For the record, yes, I have my new TL, but from another dealership.
