We have two older BMWs and moved to SR two and a half years ago at the start of the pandemic .We had some trouble with one of the cars. I turned in a 2020 Subaru Forester for a 2023 Suba Crosstrek. A better fit for me and my lifestyle. We thought everything was great. We had been going to another dealership, which was fine, but was some distance away and could be difficult to get an appointment. At Hansel we got an appointment within a day or two and one that was convenient for our schedule. Check in was quick and Jason saw to it that we understood what was going on, when our car would be ready, and updated us as necessary. All of our concerns were taken care of efficiently and to our satisfaction. We're quite glad that Hansel BMW is now our dealership. (Note: There is nowhere to review the service department, which is what we used.) More
