The sales manager (I can't remember his name - sorry) was so great to us too - he made it all happen for us and we are so grateful. And by-the-way, I traded in the very car I had bought at the same dealership 4 years ago.. which was also a FORD! the people in the service dept. are awesome too. Had a great experience. Kevin Tong was great to work with, very helpful and responsive! We bought a car that's pretty scarce (RAV4 Prime) and he kept us posted as it shipped from Japan. I drive from Santa Rosa because I prefer this dealers service department. The service representative are courteous and respectful. The technicians are worthy of their title.
