my Chevy Traverse needed a warranty repair. Hansen Motors called me and explained it to me and when the part came in it was a 45 minute service to replace the defective part. Cody is a bad seed in the mix of some really great people at Hansen. He is rude and pompous. Because of him, I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced there. He chooses to argue with customers instead of hear at Hansen. He is rude and pompous. Because of him, I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced there. He chooses to argue with customers instead of hear their concerns and help. In my situation, he was at fault and after being rude to me and learning he was wrong, still elected to blame another department, not apologize and take no personal responsibility. He also blatantly lied to me. I truly hope GM reads these reviews, recognizes that Cody does not belong with a group who really are "professional grade" and send him packing. More
