Great experience buying a truck One of my least favorite things in the world is buying a vehicle. I hat the games dealerships play and the seemingly endless amount of time it takes. One of my least favorite things in the world is buying a vehicle. I hat the games dealerships play and the seemingly endless amount of time it takes. At Hansen I had none of that. I stated my acceptable terms over the phone - they called me back saying they were sure they could meet my terms. I went in the next day and test drove the truck I wanted while they evaluated my trade in - they confirmed they could marry the terms I wanted I filled a quick credit app and left them to finalize details and install a gooseneck hitch. The next day I dropped off my trade in spent 10 minutes signing papers and was in my way. In the end I didn’t spend more than 90 minutes at the dealership in both visits and test driving (multiple trucks). Great experience and they honored exactly what was agreed up front on the phone!!
