The dealership loaded the car onto a delivery truck on Wednesday evening, promising a smooth process. However, it is now Saturday night, and the car—valued at $120,000—is still sitting on the truck just 10 miles away from the dealership. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact the dealership to understand why the driver has remained in the same spot for four days, but no one has provided an explanation or any assistance. I even offered to have the car removed from the truck and arranged for my own transportation, but my requests have been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable for such a high-value purchase. The lack of communication, responsibility, and urgency has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expected far better from a dealership of this caliber, and I cannot recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase. More
