Hansen Motors is easy to work with. However, a bit better communication would be nice. I was charged a labor fee to install a bed liner in my brand new truck when my salesman made it However, a bit better communication would be nice. He said they would put it in for me, but never mentioned that I needed to pay to have that done. Quite honestly I could have done it myself in the parking lot in 5 minutes and yet they charged me over $100 to do it. More

We had an Engine Check light come on and Cody got us right in for a diagnostic check. They found a bad solenoid and ordered parts. Once parts were in they had us back on the road the next day.
