I purchased a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that literally had just hit their lot the night before. Tyler was my salesmen and he was so patient, understanding, and seriously thee best person I’ve EVER come into contact with in a sales setting. He made sure all my concerns were addressed with the service department. As far as the service department went, they also exceeded my standards greatly. They put two new tires in my car, ordered a headrest, and an indoor light. Let me say, after going to multiple car dealerships in Utah… I can 100% say they wouldn’t have done the same. Then, I got a call from Hansen’s saying they had a part come in. There was a little piece of plastic missing around my windshield that I didn’t even notice, but not only did they order it, but they got it on there for me in a jiffy. They definitely pay attention to the fine details. Communication was great. Finance department was great. Literally recommend Hansen’s wherever I go because I’m so beyond impressed!! More
