This was the first oil change and tire rotation needed since we bought this car at Hansen Auto. We usually have good to great service but not this time. They didn’t fill the nitrogen in the tires even though I specifically asked that they do that and then the car wash left streaks of dirt all around They didn’t fill the nitrogen in the tires even though I specifically asked that they do that and then the car wash left streaks of dirt all around it. It appeared that someone tried to wash the inside of the drivers and passenger windows with something unsuccessfully. They were streaky and covered in a film that took 3 washings to clean off as you couldn’t see through them. One thing to mention - this dealership never vacuums the front floors which would be a great bonus for sure. More
