Misunderstood problem-I said air conditioner and heater worked but only out the floor,but dash vents and defroster were not blowing any air.Written on work order as air conditioning didn't work. By replacing the door that I knew was bad it solved the problem,so amounted to same thing. On lube,oil and filterjob-when I worked at a service station in high school (55+ years ago) a lube job consisted of greasing all of the zerks and checking the differentials and gear boxes for lubricant.Neither was done on my 2005 GMC 2500. Granted there are only 4 zerks that I can find on the steering rods,but I cleaned the crud off and did them myself and the check plug on the front differential had not been removed so I know the rear differrential and transfer case had not been checked,either.-Dennis Caywood More
