Bad Business At Happy Hyundai I recently financed a new car from Happy Hyundai . 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail with my address and someone else's name from PNC Ban I recently financed a new car from Happy Hyundai . 2 weeks later I received a letter in the mail with my address and someone else's name from PNC Bank denying another customer's credit loan application that was placed on the same day I financed my car from Happy Hyundai. I immediately brought the letter into Happy Hyundai and the manager Victor, who entered the information for both loans applications, admitted that he made the mistake by entering my address for another person's loan application. He did not offer any reconciliation at all just that it was a mistake and there's not much that can be done. The staff and managers did not make me feel assured that it was just an address mistake and nothing more. When asked how do I know that it was only an address mistake the reply was "You don't." That point I just left and let them know that I would be reporting them. More

After spending 6 hours in the dealership, we agreed on the price of a Sonata limited, which t The most terrible experience I ever had in a dealership. After spending 6 hours in the dealership, we agreed on the price of a Sonata limited, which they did not have in stock but promised they can get it from a sister dealership within a day. All the initial paperworks were signed. After 3 days passing and not hearing from them, I try to contact them multiple times a day, only to not be able to get a hold of anyone. Finally, after 6 days, I go in to the dealership, ONLY TO BE NOTIFIED THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE CAR THEY MADE ME SIGN ALL THE PAPERS FOR. They did not offer any comparable deals on the available cars in their lot. Then, after wasting my time for 4 more hours, the manager named Victor notified me in the most rude way that paperwork are not valid because the car was sold to someone else and they cannot offer me any deals. Terrible experience, a dealership which does not honor contracts should not legally be allowed to operate. More
