No hassles, quick and easy. After the paperwork was all done I was almost off the lot when Luis (finance) called me back into his office to redo the paperwork (he found another rebate for me). One of our best experience buying a car/van! We were checking Harbor Chevrolet's website and decided to click on the chat button. We were ask for our phone number and e-mail address. We didn't want unwanted phone calls so we decided to just give our e-mail address. Betty sent us an e-mail maybe with-in 15 minutes and was asking if she can call us. We told her we would rather communicate via e-mail, expecting that there is a chance we will get brushed off. Surprisingly we had a good back and forth communication with her. She answered all of our questions and we told her that we might pass by the following day. The next day we stopped by the dealership and we were greeted cordially and Betty was there and greeted me by my name. She showed us the van and we ask if we could take it for a spin. After the test drive we decided to go ahead and see if we can get close to the price that we wanted. We came in with an approved bank loan and Betty offered to beat it. They did beat it and told us we got an extra rebate by going through GM financing. Long story short we were expecting a painful back and forth to get what we wanted, that did not happen. Betty was very accommodating and was a pleasure to deal with. I wish all of my previous experience with dealers was this stress free and painless. We never felt being pushed or pressured to buy stuff we didn't want. Harbor Chevrolet is doing something right because if we ever need another vehicle in the near future we will surely try them first. More

Betty got a hold of me after I was looking at some used cars online and she proved to be incredibly helpful. The car I went to test drive on Sunday had been sold by the time I arrived but she suggested a 2011 Sonata for me. I drove it and fell in love!
