The most honest car buying experience I have ever had. Andrew Raya, our sales rep, he is as knowledgeable about Chevrolet Silverado pickup trucks as you will find. He was patient to explain the differences, and similarities in each model and was interested to learn what my needs were and asked the right questions to provide the exact product to fit my needs, and budget. I finally selected a 2018 Silverado 1500 LT. Andrew provided the rebate information, in detail, and made the final bottom line number one I could live with. I traded in a two passenger, four cylinder truck for a monthly payment just a few dollars a month more. For those few dollars a month more, I got a six passenger, eight cylinder truck with towing capability. Our finance manager Luis Enriquez extended the honesty we had come to expect when it came time to talk number. There was no sales pressure, no '"good for today only" talk, everything was clearly presented in an open and honest manner, by Andrew and Luis. Imagine that, an honest car dealer, but that's what you'll find at Harbor Chevrolet when you talk to Andrew Raya and Luis Enriquez. I went away with the impression it's a company policy, that's why I awarded them five stars. More
