Harbor Chevrolet Silverado purchase Yesterday afternoon stopped at Harbor Chevrolet on a whim. I was looking for a new full sized pickup truck. I had previously looked at Fords and Dodge Yesterday afternoon stopped at Harbor Chevrolet on a whim. I was looking for a new full sized pickup truck. I had previously looked at Fords and Dodge Rams at other dealerships. I was greeted by salesman Andrew Raya and was immediately initiated into the Harbor Chevrolet sales methodology. Just a couple of hours later I was driving home in my brand new Silverado. At my age, this would be my 6th brand new car purchase experience and I have to admit it was the best one ever. Salesman Andrew is a true professional, he is very product knowledgeable, consistently polite and helpful. We got down to brass tacks pretty quickly. And he and the rest of the dealership team worked diligently to build an excellent deal that served my needs. Financial details were stated clearly and honestly as they presented me with multiple scenarios which could best benefit me. I was very happy to close the deals after we took a quick test drive to my condo complex to make sure my new truck would fit in my allotted parking space. I drove away exceptionally pleased with the deal. I'm highly recommend the dealership and working with top notch salesman Andrew Raya if you get a chance. More

Excellence I stopped by Harbor because I was having trouble with my brand new Tahoe. Although I was obviously frustrated and upset to be in the service departmen I stopped by Harbor because I was having trouble with my brand new Tahoe. Although I was obviously frustrated and upset to be in the service department (for a vehicle with less than 1K on the odometer) Bill in the service department was nothing more than professional, prompt, and there to immediately calm my nerves. His sense of urgency matched my own and I quickly realized the problem would be solved. That being said, I would definitely use their service department again. Friendly and efficient I emailed with Dave prior to visiting the dealership. He responded promptly and with helpful information. My appointment was with John. John greeted me and immediately took me back to see the vehicle in which I was interested, a Volt (only hiccup was that vehicle had not yet been inspected so we couldn't immediately take it for a test drive). He responded to all of my questions and gave me useful information on some of the vehicle features I was not initially familiar with. John processed all of my paperwork quickly. There was a small wait on signing all of the paperwork as there was another party ahead of me but the whole process was fairly efficient. John encouraged me to reach out to him if/when I had additional questions about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others! More
