I originally went to David with the problem of not being able to obtain a truck in the color that my company needed it in. The greeting we received at Harbor was prompt and friendly. Henry Lopez helped us by way of explaining the car in which we were interested and its various options. We decided to purchase the car and he promptly spresented our offer and then our counter offer. We were satified as to it being fair all around. When our counter offer wa accepted he put us in stouch with Dallas, who prepared the needed paper work. Dallas was very efficient and we were satisifed with work. The sales manager came in and offered us any assitance we might need. SThe car was prepared for delivery and the gas tank filled without our asking. Henry then explained in detail the various features and demonstrated there use. He offered further assistance if we needed it. Overall it was a pleasent experience. More
