I have no idea who Daniel is, but we were helped by Christopher Lopez. We have been helped by Chris twice before and we loved his attitude and helpfulness. This time around unfortunately Chris was unco Christopher Lopez. We have been helped by Chris twice before and we loved his attitude and helpfulness. This time around unfortunately Chris was uncommunicative and actually got short with me on a phone call, where he seemed annoyed by my requests for an update. We understand it can be busy at the shop and we don't expect to be catered to, but we believe that there should be better communication in the future when it comes to the length of stay for our vehicle. The team at this facility are very friendly, From the time you walk in they make you feel welcomed. The staff is not rushing you they listen to what you need and work hard to earn your business, I felt time you walk in they make you feel welcomed. The staff is not rushing you they listen to what you need and work hard to earn your business, I felt good to walk in and multiple staff members welcomed me in and got me a drink and just had a conversation. Laura G who I had been in contact with was AWESOME!!! There was clear constant communication when I arrived we walked to the cars and again no rush or pressure to make a sale. She was listening to what I was looking for and helped me with multiple options. She was very knowledgeable of what was on her lot and very easy to talk to. She was extremely helpful thru the process. Luis in finance listened to what I needed to make a deal, he was not rushing me nor forcing a sale. Got me what I was looking for and went above and beyond. Delivery of my car was easy and painless. I highly recommend this dealership and this team. More
