At the dealership Damian was with a customer already so I was referred to Salvador who was also fully prepared, walked us through pricing on all available packages and options and spent 4+ hours just helping us find the vehicle on another lot and doing what he needed to get it there at Harbor for us so we could continue to deal with them. The nightmare part is usually the financing side where many of us have experienced numbers changing last minute, savage pushy upsales and unwanted pressure. We experienced none of that, what we got was exactly the promised numbers and instead of a relentless pressure we found Luis. He walked us through all available options for extended warranty/service coverage like he wrote them himself and made his suggestions based on real world examples, and personalized to our useage projections. Then when we chose the lowest one because the rest were just not within our affordability he didn't make us feel like it was not still a good option. All 3 of the employees we interacted with were nothing less than top notch, if I ever consider buying another Chevy you can be sure Harbor Chevrolet will get my first interest and recommendation every time. On top of all of that they were extremely patient with my wife and I as we discussed little details, asked for this price and that, with many package combinations and all the while were personable, friendly, polite and had no problem explaining different financing options if we missed or misunderstood any of their answers. Gave me his card, and texted later to say thanks. A week or so goes by, I stopped by a few other dealers when I was in their area, and was always comparing other trucks to the ones at Harbor Chevy. Crunched the numbers, and decided to reach out to the text I received from George, and setup a time when it was convenient for me. Showed up on time, professional, courteous and very straight forward with the numbers I was presented. Signed away, and he went over the truck (on star, android auto, etc) before I left. Would definitely recommend Harbor Chevy. More
