I came into Harbor knowing I needed to replace my old car. I was nervous about making such a purchase as a single person after many years of marriage. I’d visited another major dealership beforehand, but I didn’t feel comfortable there, like I was lost in a crowd. When I arrived at Harbor I was warmly greeted by Matt. He then introduced me to one of the sales people, Gerardo, a genuinely nice young man. I felt completely comfortable as he answered my questions and helped me find what I was looking for in a car - safety, low mileage, great price. Every step of the way was made clear to me, every question was answered. Even the way Gerardo showed me how all the new functions of my car worked, it felt like one of my kids was with me. He was truly happy that I was so thrilled with my new car! Harbor Chevrolet is a trustworthy dealership, like a store with good standards - the way it used to be.
