Let me start off by admitting my first turn off when visiting a dealership is annoying, claustrophobic sales people who pressure you with all kinds of questions when all I’d like to do is browse through the lot. I was greeted by Eric E. and he was nothing like your typical sales person. He said hello, asked if we needed help, and gave us his name if we had any questions then left us alone. Once I had the car in mind I wanted, he was patient with answering my questions, quick with getting quotes and rates, explained in detail the differences in packages and was overall really pleased with the deal he offered us because his customer service exceeded our expectations.
