So I made the trip to Long Beach and was thoroughly satisfied. Eric Escobar was knowledgeable and respectful. He gave straight answers to questions. I visited and got some prices. When I came back several days later, the offer he made was available, just as described. He and the service manager explained all of the costs and services in plain language.
