I had 1,000 questions about the whole process & Rudy made sure I was 100% informed, educated, & confident in what I was signing up for. They never made me feel annoying for my lack of knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything, & he really went out of his way to find a bank that would work with me, given my no credit. He worked with me very closely to ensure I was comfortable with all my decisions. I've been driving my Saturn for 2 months now & it's as good as new. I bought the warranty that they offer, so I ride without worrying. They've got a lifetime customer, as far as I'm concerned. I did a lot of research before going to Harbor City and could not find any other dealership that was priced as well with as low of mileage on their vehicles.
