I am very happy about bringing my business here and working with Leonard Fischer. I will be going back for maintenance (for me that will be a 45 min- 1 hour drive but absolutely worth it knowing I am going to a trustworthy and honest place. More
I went in to see if my car's clock spring would be covered under warranty. The customer service was great, everyone was kind and informed me of what would be happening and what to expect. There was a recall on something different with my car and they took care of that as well although it wasn't on my original ticket. Everything was covered by Hyundai so I didn't have to pay anything. They let me know approximately when my car would be ready to pickup, and it was an accurate estimate. I was assisted by Scott and he was friendly and professional throughout, and it was a bonus to not be talked down to for being a young woman. More

I received the following email from Mike Casalengo yesterday: A new program came out today on the 2020 Ioniq Limited you were interested in. If you still finance with HMF at the dealers choice pro yesterday: A new program came out today on the 2020 Ioniq Limited you were interested in. If you still finance with HMF at the dealers choice program, we can do a total of $5,000 in rebate. Add that to the discount we can offer, the net sale price will be $20,495 plus taxes and all fees. Out the door we are at $24,273.75. We won't see this deal get better from the factory. Interested? He then confirmed Harbor Hyundai would go to an even $24k OTD. I scheduled an appointment and filled out a finance application online this morning. Right after my application was processed, Mike called me to say “Limited” was a typo and the quote he gave me is actually for a lower level trim. He took on a slightly condescending tone telling me the Limited is a $31k car and cannot be sold for $24k. It wouldn’t have been much of an issue if he wasn’t the one who reached out to me specifically stating “Limited” and was then almost implying I was stupid believing such a great deal could be had on the Limited. What really bothers me now is the fact that he didn’t realize his error until after the hard inquiry was made on my credit. Now I have that on my record through no fault of my own. I would advise all prospective customers to avoid Mike Casalengo and Harbor Hyundai. More

I sent an email query to the dealership and got a quick response from Ken Bundy the internet sales manager. I was allowed a long test drive, to try the car in my driveway. Ken gave us a good lease payment with easy terms so there was virtually no negotiation. The finance officer offered an extended warranty but didn't get huffy when we declined it. Ken then showed us many of the car's features and we were off! The whole process was quick, easy and low-stress. More
