We were amazed by the treatment that we received from Service Advisor, Jorge Martinez. We were given a 2014 Sonata by my parents 2 months ago. There was an engine failure related to a recent part recall. We fully expected to have to due battle to get the repairs covered but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Jorge went above and beyond for us. He treated us kindly, kept us informed and the car was returned to us sooner than expected. We can't think of anything about our experience that could have been improved and there was not a dime to be made from us. We will definitely buy a Hyundai when the time comes for a new car.
