Service Mgr unwilling was to negotiate a recurring repair. Same problem from 2 months earlier; prior Advisor failed to offer complete set of replacement parts. Supposedly it is rare that they fail, so when the second one failed, the new advisor suggested replacing the remaining 5. At that point since it was so close in time to the first failure, I asked to negotiate the cost of the second repair since it could/should have been prevented the first time. the incremental increase would have been worth it and I would pay that difference. No consideration was given, even though I have been going there for 10 years. More
