I have been going to this dealership for my car service for the past 2 years, but I am not sure if I will go back. After my recent service, I found a 5" scratch on the front bumper. I asked the service c for the past 2 years, but I am not sure if I will go back. After my recent service, I found a 5" scratch on the front bumper. I asked the service consultant about it. His response was to let him check the "pre-service walk-through" form. Then he came back with this form and pointed out that the scratch was marked on the form and I signed it. I asked him why wasn't I informed about the scratch or given a copy of the form. I would appreciate upfront honesty and directness. I am not sure if the mark was added later or not because I wasn't given a copy of this form. More
