First time trial I work in Long Beach, but bought my Hyundai in Riverside. I realized, I spend a lot of time in Long Beach, so I thought I might as well have my new Hy I work in Long Beach, but bought my Hyundai in Riverside. I realized, I spend a lot of time in Long Beach, so I thought I might as well have my new Hyundai services while I’m in Long Beach at work. I found the closest dealership, which was Harbor Hyundai and book an appointment online the night before. Never done that before. I showed up the next morning at 9am and Leslie in service greeted me and took great care of me! I was very happy with her customer service. There was a bit of a delay in getting my car back, but she communicated that with me and everything worked out fine. Will definitely come back and work with Leslie for all my servicing of my Ioniq! More

I had a couple tail lights that had burned out so I just felt like going to Long Beach. No appointment just go. I was treated extremely well and my car got washed with a couple nails in tires removed. My car is happy now also. More

Came in to service a vehicle, left with a new vehicle. I brought my 2016 Santa Fe Sport in for service and had no thoughts of either trading it in or even getting another car at that time. While waiting fo I brought my 2016 Santa Fe Sport in for service and had no thoughts of either trading it in or even getting another car at that time. While waiting for service, which was excellent as always, i was wondering around looking at the vehicles on the lot. There happened to be a 2016 Santa Fe Ultimate (CPO) in the Pre-Owned section. It was actually the vehicle I was looking for when I bought my Santa Fe Sport. It was at the time not in my budget. So while mine was being serviced I thought about the Ultimate and got a price on it and did some more thinking. After working with Ken Bundy, who also sold me the Sport, we ran some numbers and I ended up trading the Sport in for the Santa Fe Ultimate. I was very happy with the Sport but the Ultimate was what I wanted initially. My only problem with the Ultimate is that I can't keep my wife out of it. She also liked the Sport, but really likes this one. And thank you to Ken and David for making this happen. More

Multiple options were provided and walked through. Everything was explained to the "T" and all questions were answered. Terrible service and just wants to profit off of you My car died on me on the freeway, so I had to tow it to this dealership. No idea why they have such a high rating. As soon as I got there, the guy tries to tell me that my fuel pumps are dead and most likely will need to be replaced. I asked him if it might just be lack of gas, but he got really defensive and said that it had to be my fuel pumps. Then I ask if I can get a loaner since I'm paying $150 for them to just check my car for the day and he laughed almost mockingly and says no. Long and behold I get a call 6 hours later saying that my car was just lacking gas... So basically I paid $150 for a car wash and them telling me exactly what I suspected. The guy even apologizes to me while I'm paying for it. Never felt so ripped off and not cared for coming out of a dealership. More

I bought it at a different delearship, Since my car was a year old, I went back to the same dealership where I bought. Let me say I wouldn't recommend that dealer I bought the Hyundai Elantra 2017 (which by the way is the one near the Honda Center (Hardin Hyundai)), I came here to this dealer and let me say that Oscar made us feel like famil. He was a really helpful, so we end up changing our Elantra into a Sonata 2018, with an awesome and amazing deal. Everyone there is really friendly and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you!
