I had to come back and make an appointment to put the bulb in as it was the bulb on the drivers side which involves taking off the front bumper to be put on. c. This I was told would take 2-3 hours. d. The service man told me he would call me and reschedule me, because he originaly tol me he could just pop it in himself (this would have been the case if it were on the passenger side, not on the drivers side). d. After his promise to call me back did not happen, and his service managers' promise to set an appointment for me did not call, I called your store. e. I was promptly and super efficiently! More
