Most Smooth, Easy Vehicle purchase ever I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime. The idea of car shopping is fun, the actual purchase can sometimes be tense and drawn out. But Mike Casal I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime. The idea of car shopping is fun, the actual purchase can sometimes be tense and drawn out. But Mike Casalengo & his colleagues made it very easy & pleasant! I'd been in the previous day and tested a Santa Fe Ultimate with Ken... The color I wanted wasn't on the lot,and Ken would be off the next couple of days, but he'd partner up with Michael to bring us what we needed. The next day, Mike called, introduced himself, double checked with me on exactly what I was looking for.. and got to work on it. He called me later - found it. We were able to discuss price over the phone, and he offered me a really great deal! The next day, we came in to the dealer (brought my mom for good company). Mike had the black Santa Fe I wanted nice and ready, and we took this one for a test drive. Along the way, I learned a lot from him about the vehicle, the dealer, and its services. When we got back, he gave me a tour of the dealer and introduced me to the staff. After that, we took care of the business of the purchase with Ruben... no sideline surprises or hard sells on any extras - just a clear explanation for everything. After we were set, Mike took me to my new Santa Fe and gave me the what was probably the most knowledgeable, clearly explained, overview of the vehicle's features and details, that I'd ever experienced. He really knows his brand & product, and has a great way of relating it to his clients. So, yeah, I highly recommend Mike, Ken, and everyone at Harbor Hyundai-Genesis. It's a great environment there - and while I'm brand new to this family, I think there's a very good chance I could be a lifer with this dealer. More

Prior to arriving at Harbor Hyundai, I went to two other dealerships for price comparison and Harbor Hyundai was still the lowest. Driving to Harbor Hyundai, my two colors of chose were, Metallic, Mechanic gray and Lakeside Blue. When I had arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Martinez and I explained to him how I wanted things to go. (I am a Freight Forwarder and this is how we speak). Mr. Martinez showed me two vehicles that (strangely) was what I wanted. Metallic and Mechanic gray. As we were speaking, I turned around and saw my car. The car that fitted me. A 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport, Lakeside blue. Perfect. I explained to Mr. Martinez that we do not need to see any other vehicles. There were no hassle. We went in and I explained what I needed the payments to be, etc. The payments were acceptable as I miscalculated on my end prior to arriving. Mr. Martinez clearly broke down the numbers on the sales contract. Acceptable. The vehicle walk around went smoothly. I am normally long winded when I speak, but for a change, there is a company that does not lie about their online prices. My car came with a discount which was indeed applied. This is how a deal suppose to be. Any negatives? Normally I would ask for a box of chocolate or something for my "waughter", but I did not ask. The deal went smooth and just how I had envisioned it.
