I only do that with people I like, was very easy to work with and he took all my jokes and sacarsam like a champ! He explained everything and answered every question I asked and was very attentive with showing me every feature of the car. David the finance director was also good, vey personable and made the signing process go by very quickly. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Aaron even joined the caravan to deliver the car! I literally could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Except... chocolate chip cookies. Just kidding Al! But seriously, my experience was the exact opposite of what one typically thinks of when it comes to buying cars - this one was perfect. Thanks Guys! More

I am always directed to Jake who has been helping me since my first appointment. What is unfortunate is someone made an executive decision to replace the service representatives desks with tall podiums. It was nice to be able to sit at Jake's desk while he processed the excessive amount of paperwork necessary to get an oil change. Now we both have to stand and with only the floor to hold my personal items. It is a small detail, but it made a big difference to me and that feeling of personal service. It doesn't look very comfortable for someone who has to work there all day, either. I'm sure that decision did not come from someone who does. Additionally, Saul is the friendliest, kindest shuttle driver and I look forward to our conversations every visit. More

Prior to arriving at Harbor Hyundai, I went to two other dealerships for price comparison and Harbor Hyundai was still the lowest. Driving to Harbor Hyundai, my two colors of chose were, Metallic, Mechanic gray and Lakeside Blue. When I had arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Martinez and I explained to him how I wanted things to go. (I am a Freight Forwarder and this is how we speak). Mr. Martinez showed me two vehicles that (strangely) was what I wanted. Metallic and Mechanic gray. As we were speaking, I turned around and saw my car. The car that fitted me. A 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport, Lakeside blue. Perfect. I explained to Mr. Martinez that we do not need to see any other vehicles. There were no hassle. We went in and I explained what I needed the payments to be, etc. The payments were acceptable as I miscalculated on my end prior to arriving. Mr. Martinez clearly broke down the numbers on the sales contract. Acceptable. The vehicle walk around went smoothly. I am normally long winded when I speak, but for a change, there is a company that does not lie about their online prices. My car came with a discount which was indeed applied. This is how a deal suppose to be. Any negatives? Normally I would ask for a box of chocolate or something for my "waughter", but I did not ask. The deal went smooth and just how I had envisioned it. Finally! More

Ken Bundy was very thorough and made made I felt completely knowledgeable about the car I purchased. He answered all questions I had. He was very helpful and offered to help me transfer my "stuff" from my old car to the new one. He followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was going smoothly with the new computer package. He offered help if something came up that I didn't understand. It was definitely a great experience dealing with Ken Bundy and Bill Saul. Bill did whatever he could to give me the best price possible. Thank you Harbor Hyundai! FYI I gave 2 starts for pricing on oil changes not for the price of the car More
