Purchase Contract with Arbitration -- Demand a Contract without Arbitration I can't recommend this dealership because the Finance Manager tried to trick me into signing a purchase order contract with an arbitration clause. I I can't recommend this dealership because the Finance Manager tried to trick me into signing a purchase order contract with an arbitration clause. I refused to sign the contract. It really makes me angry that these dealerships try such unethical practices. If your sales process is above board, what are you trying to avoid by getting people to sign purchase order contracts with arbitration, without fully explaining the implications of this type of contract? It's un American and may be fraudulent, that's what it is -- everyone deserves his or her day in court if necessary. This review does not reflect upon my experience with my sales representative. Mr. Kraft was transparent, professional and knowledgeable. I noticed that the Harbor Hyundai has not even bothered to complete the "Meet our Staff" section of their website. It's unfortunate that good sales representatives are punished because of the unethical/fraudulent policies of the management at their dealerships, but this practice must stop. More
