Exceptional service I was getting the run around from another Hyundai dealership and contacted Doug, he responded quickly and answered all of my questions upfront. He new where my price point was and it only took a few hours to get me approved, while I was at home mind you, not sitting in a DEALER office where the other dealer was playing games with me. Even after Doug has gotten me approved for a certain interest rate he reached back out and was able to get me an even lower rate. From the time I entered the dealership to the time I drove off with my new Hyundai Elantra was approximately 1 hour in total. I would highly recommend buying a car fro this dealership, they are honest and upfront and don't play the usual dealership games with you. Joanie in finance was awesome as well, she didn't push me to buy anything extra that I didn't want. Thank you! More

So good, I Drive an Hour and a Half to This Dealership! This is my third lease with Harbor Hyundai. I do not live anywhere near Long Beach, but drive all the way there, when there are several other dealers This is my third lease with Harbor Hyundai. I do not live anywhere near Long Beach, but drive all the way there, when there are several other dealers within minutes from my home in Topanga. I drive an hour and a half to Harbor because of the excellent customer service I receive, particularly from Mike Casalegno. I leased my first Hyundai from a salesman who is no longer there. When it came time for a second, he put me in touch with Mike saying he would do a great job for me and I have not been disappointed. This is my second lease with Mike, and I have to be honest, I probably would have chosen another manufacturer if Mike weren't so good at his job. I was thinking about a Prius and Mike recommended that I take a look at the Ioniq. I trust him enough that I went there to test drive it and fell in love. I have recommended Harbor and Mike to several friends who were impressed that I bypassed Woodland Hills Hyundai, Ladin in Thousand Oaks, Keyes in Van Nuys and others close by. I have been to every on of those dealers. I even stopped in at the Keyes in Woodland Hills days before contacting Mike, thinking "Maybe I don't have to drive all the way to Long Beach." It was a horrible experience and I never thought twice about heading to Harbor and Mike again. I will keep doing business with Harbor as long as he is there. More
