Great sales experience NOT finance/leasing This is my second Hyundai Santa Fe from Harbor Hyundai. Haven't hesitated to extoll the virtues of this dealership before but have to say this time i' This is my second Hyundai Santa Fe from Harbor Hyundai. Haven't hesitated to extoll the virtues of this dealership before but have to say this time i've experienced some disappointment. Sales and service are great but wish now I'd bought my vehicle and not leased. Not totally happy with my dealings with Finance and Hyundai Motor Finance. I've been such a promoter of Hyundai products and service in the past but must admit this latest experience has been disappointing due solely to my experience with the lease aftermath. Product is still great, as are sales and service! More

The owner, Randy Johnson was present at the dealership and made us feel welcome. Joannie in Finance was quick and efficient and very personable. She readily took my phone call and got us out the door quickly. Jake in Service always gets the job done. Good price and good experience. I shopped at five different dealers and got the best price here. Even though two dealers much closer to me said they would match the price, I decided I shopped at five different dealers and got the best price here. Even though two dealers much closer to me said they would match the price, I decided to drive to Long Beach because Ken Bundy was the most upfront and nicest sales rep I spoke too. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and getting me comfortable with the controls of the Tucson Limited before I drove off the lot. All around good experience! More
