A great buying experience with Mr. Tyler Lappen! I called and had appointment to meet a particular salesperson. That staff received us(I went with my Cousin) and immediately introduced us to Mr. Tyl I called and had appointment to meet a particular salesperson. That staff received us(I went with my Cousin) and immediately introduced us to Mr. Tyler Lappen. Here came a smiling young man who just welcomed us as if we knew each other earlier. At first my thoughts were that he may have been a newly-hired being showed the way, but no, Tyler knew a lot and answered my questions very, very satisfactorily. My situation: I was buying the car to ship out of U.S.A. Note: I have the experience since I did it many times earlier and encountered "let me check, I'll be right back" responses. To cut the experience very briefly: Tyler's very friendly attitude even after the purchase example he called me on my cell at least 2 times to check (car sailed a month back).
