Working with David was a smooth process. He was patient and very responsive to all my questions. He did not try to force a deal on me or try to upsell me on unwanted add-ons. I would take off 1/2 a star only because the 2nd key was misplaced and we waited an extra 30 min to 1 hr before we were sent on our way. David found the key the same day and we received it by mail within a week. We were also very happy with Matthew as he was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the signing process easy and stress-free. This is definitely one of the best dealership experiences I've had. More
