We mostly worked with Doug with who was very patient and understanding that we wanted to get the best deal possible. He tried to work with us to find discounts and ways for us to save money instead of fight with us and make it seem like he just wanted to move cars as fast as possible. We called on multiple occasions over several days and each time Doug wasn't pushy or rude at all which was a much different experience than we had at all the other dealers we checked out. Doug was one of the main reasons we decided to purchase a car here and we are glad we did. More
